Description:
Local: Meet in Bay City, Midland or Saginaw to exchange graduation cap to paint directly.
OR
Removable: Cap topper would be solid black, painted on durable card stock. Standard size of the topper is 9.5 x 9.5 inches. To apply to cap you would take off the tassel on the top, line the edges of the topper over the metal spike in the middle and glue or tape the sides to the cap. More details would be given at time of delivery.
